Clients reviews about A Secure Annapolis Locksmith

Dispatch was courteous and super helpful, I knew the price and the time my tech was expected to arrive. I was at work and had lost my only key to my vehicle, and commute across the bridge for work so I was panicked. Nick definitely deserves a compliment on his customer service and efficiency, he was so friendly and made me feel at ease. In no time at all, I had a new key and was able to get home. LIFESAVERS. Would recommend to any friend, family, or business associate based off of this experience. ~ Jen J

When my daughter became locked out if her condo in Annapolis, we contacted A Secure to assist with the problem. The response time of their locksmith was almost instantaneous. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. To top it all off, we were extended a great price by the Service Manager, Allen, for the service call and subsequent work required to ensure her security. A tremendous Xmas present to say the least! We highly recommend A Secure and they’ve become our locksmith of choice should we ever need one again. ~ RM M

Would love to give these guys 10 stars! Fabulous service. Front glass storm door got jammed shut. Nothing we did worked. Went to ChatGPT and asked for recommendations. First one that came up was A Secure. Called them, spoke with Roy, who came over within two hours, got the door fixed, explained the entire issue and charged me a ridiculously reasonable rate. I cannot say enough great things about these guys, particularly Roy! 10 STARS! 😉👍🏼 ~ elisa m

Really great experience from start to finish. Roy returned my call immediately and got me connected right away with a technician. Ido, the technician, arrived on time and was communicative about his process. Replacing my key fob took about 20 minutes and I was back on the road right away. Thank you both for your sterling professionalism and customer service. I’ll recommend this company in a heartbeat! ~ Rachel G

I wanted a new lock for my front door. A key pad lock. They provided me with lock options based on my current lock. I did find one similar but not one that was shown to me. But it wasn’t a problem. They were still able to install, and I couldn’t be happier with my lock. It was quick and I believe to be a good price to install my new door lock. Super friendly and great customer. Will use again! ~ Iesha Y

After calling another local locksmith and getting a estimate of 90 minutes till they could come and a hefty $149 price tag, I called A Secure Annapolis Locksmith to see what they could do. They quoted me $95 and were at my car in 15 minutes! Chris was professional, efficient, and quick! Thank you so much for the great service! ~ Desiree H

Yes I’ve had to use this guy — twice. Both times when I was preparing to leave for a trip. He is fast, courteous, secure, respectful and — fast. I had to wait for him outside the house both times and the wait was very reasonable. If you need a locksmith in Annapolis or Arnold or Severna Park or Xape St. Claire use this guy!!! ~ Ben E

Had an excellent first experience with A Secure. I called earlier today about having a front door handle and lockset installed, and they were able to send someone same day. Roy did a really careful and professional job with what turned out to be a trickier install. The door handle looks and works great! Will definitely use them again. ~ H C
